    Design Phase

    Design molds based on product and process requirements, including mold structure, size, material selection, etc.

    Material Selection

    Select suitable mold materials, including high-speed steel, alloy steel, hard alloy, etc., and purchase and prepare materials.

  • 03

    Mold Processing

    Using high-precision machining equipment such as CNC machine tools, wire cutting, and electrical discharge machining to process mold materials and form the initial shape of the mold.

    Heat Treatment

    Heat treatment of mold materials, such as quenching and tempering, to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the mold.

  • 05

    Finish Machining

    After heat treatment, precision machining is carried out to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the mold.

    Grinding and Polishing

    Grind and polish the working surface of the mold to achieve the desired surface roughness.

    Assembly and Debugging

    Assemble the processed mold components, including upper mold, lower mold, guide column, guide sleeve, spring, ejector pin, etc; After the mold assembly is completed, conduct trial molding and debugging.

Precision Manufacture

In the field of stamping production and manufacturing, having advanced equipment is the key to ensuring product quality and production efficiency. We have a total of 24 punching machines with a production capacity of 500 tons for stamping parts. The high tonnage punching machines enable us to handle various complex stamping tasks, meeting the high standards expected by customers in terms of material thickness, hardness, and shape.

Mold design and manufacturing:

Mold design and manufacturing: Design and manufacture corresponding stamping molds according to the design requirements of stamping parts.
Stamping processing: Using a stamping machine to process materials into the desired shape and size. This may include various processes such as punching, bending, stretching, forming, etc.
Quality inspection: Inspect the size, shape, and surface quality of stamped parts to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Post processing: As needed, perform post-processing procedures such as deburring, cleaning, heat treatment, and surface treatment on stamped parts.
Surface treatment: Electroplating, spraying, anodizing and other surface treatments are carried out on stamped parts to improve corrosion resistance, aesthetics or functionality.
